Here's What's Happening:

RAISE FUNDS: Following our last workshop on OCT 30th, you and your family are invited to join us for FUNDING RAISING DINNER #2. This one will be at Ruby's Diner, located at 6100 Topanga Canyon Blvd. 20% of your dinner bill comes back to us.  Flyers available at the October 30th workshop or get one from us at the restaurant. Hours for the fundraiser are 4:00-9:00pm. We will be heading there when the workshop ends.

Casting Auditions (please come both days): 
Saturday, November 5th, 9:30am-12:30pm (in the sanctuary)
Sunday, November 6th, 1:30-5:30pm (in Harter Hall)
If you cannot be with us on Saturday, please plan to arrive at Harter Hall on the 6th, at 1:00pm. Everyone else, come at 1:30
You should plan to be present for both periods of time. (Please let me know of any time conflicts that you might have. We will work with you as best we can so you can have a complete audition.) Remember, the purpose of the auditions is to find the best place for you in the show. No one is eliminated from the program due to their audition.
There will be extensive use of double casting for both men and women.
You will get more complete information about auditions at the workshops and as we get  closer to them.

Holiday Boutique, and Performance Showcase:  Sunday, December 4th 
Boutique:  11am to 3pm  *  Holiday Lunch:  Noon to 1pm  *  Showcase Performance: 1:30pm.
The entire group (all of YMT) will be in a couple of numbers and there will be selected soloists and smaller ensemble numbers. More information on this later, too. ********************************************************************************************
REHEARSALS START THE FIRST FULL WEEKEND IN JANUARY:
Saturday, January 7th, 9:30am to 12:30pm and Sunday, January 8th, 1:30 to 4:00pm
EVERYONE WILL BE CALLED, so please put these on your calendars now. ********************************************************************************************
YMT BENEFIT CONCERT FEATURING RAY SAAR AND DIANE KETCHIE
 (plus a Silent Auction). Proposed date: Saturday, February 11th, 2012, at 7:30pm

PERFORMANCE DATES:  May 11th (7:30pm); May 12th, (at 2:00pm and 7:30pm); May 13th (2:00pm); May 18th, (7:30pm); May 19th, (at 2:00pm and 7:30pm); and  May 20th (2:00pm)

Kiss Me, Kate PARTICIPATION FEE:  $200 per person.
This fee will cover costume costs, and help to support various technical aspects of the production (lights, sound, etc.)
► If there is more than one person from a family participating in the program, the fee for the second person is reduced to $150.
► If the participant has a parent that is a member of Woodland Hills Community Church, there is a fee reduction of $25 per child.  
Please note that NO ONE will be excluded from the program due to personal financial constraints which make it difficult to pay the fee or the full fee. (There will be a "scholarship fund" to help cover those production costs to which contributions are welcome!)
